Will Russia Dissolve?

Diego Deleissegues, Staff

Several countries have dissolved Rome, Egypt, The Holy Roman Empire, and the USSR. These countries all had unhappy populations battered by war and hunger, does this sound like a country in eastern Europe. This country I am describing is Russia. It’s population, although unknowing of the situation in Ukraine, will most likely become unhappy when they find out that they have been fighting a war in Ukraine so long now and are looking like they might lose. Their population although not outright starving is having a heavy hit to their economy with the trade ban with the U.S. The Russian people might soon start figuring things out and, most likely, not be happy. The Russian army is already putting pieces together about the real reason they’re in Ukraine and are not happy about it and trying to leave Ukraine so that they don’t have to fight a useless war. With the military mad at the government is only a matter time before the people find out and, most likely, revolt and dissolve the Russian confederation. This would most likely leave a power gap in eastern Europe and my next thought is, what country would come out on top and become in power of Russia’s land? Would it be Ukraine, Poland, Finland, Sweedon? Which one do you think would come out on top?
