Audrey Skerl and Alexandra Wong

The wonders of WandaVision keep moving forward throughout season one. Actors, Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany are starring in the most recent Marvel mini series along with Kathryn Hahn and Teyonah Parris. WandaVision is expecting nine episodes about two Avengers living inside a sitcom. So far on Rotten Tomatoes, the new TV series has been rated 8 out of 10 and Common Sense Media rates the sitcom 4 out of 5 stars. Two fans reviewed the television series and gave their statement about what they think of the show.

We interviewed Alex Wong on her thoughts about WandaVision. The 12-year old was asked on a scale from 1 to 10, what she would rate WandaVision. She replied, “I rate WandaVision nine out of ten, because it’s full of drama and adds on to the previous Marvel movies.” The 7th grader thought that adding more background information would have improved the television show. “What are some positive and negative aspects of WandaVision?” Alex was asked. She enjoyed how WandaVision started adding up together. She also thought a negative aspect was how the first episode didn’t add much to the story line. In general, Alex thoroughly enjoys watching WandaVision.

Next, Audrey Skerl was asked about her interest in WandaVision. When asked how she would rate the series so far, she replied, “I would rate WandaVision 9 out of 10”. She likes the show because it is suspenseful, entertaining, and that it is clear about what is happening. In her opinion, something that could have made the sitcom better is that the episodes could have been extended. When asked about some positive and negative aspects of WandaVision, she responded that a positive detail of the show is that it ties up the loose ends from Avengers Endgame. A negative point from the show is that there could have been more background information in the first few episodes.

Overall, both of the interviewees are ecstatic about the new mini series, WandaVision, and most people would recommend watching the show. They would describe it as humorous, uplifting, and suspenseful, and Marvel fans are very excited to see what will happen in the next few episodes.
